TheGambia.com is a small independent publisher. We are not a tour operator and not a travel agency: we cannot make, change or cancel a booking for you. If you have booked a tour through one of our links, GetYourGuide’s customer service handles amendments and cancellations, and their contact details are on your booking confirmation.
For everything else, email is the best way to reach us.
If your question is about an existing booking, contact the provider you booked with — they can see your reservation and we cannot. For everything else, the more specific your question, the more useful our answer will be.
